It's WAR!

Five year legal battle over data rights.

Paul Roy - Bloodhorse Illiterate Chairman of the British horseracing Authority

British Racing's rulers and Britain's biggest bookmaker at war in the High Court over five year legal battle over data rights.

British horseracing's financial future rests with three appeal court judges who were told on Tuesday June 28th 2005 by barrister Mark Platts-Mills QC
representing William Hill "This dispute is not about whether racing will go on or whether bookmakers will pay for it, but this dispute is about who controls it".
