THE BRITISH LEGAL JUSTICE SYSTEM NO LAW FOR THE POOR OR THE BLOODHORSE LITERATE

BLOODHORSE ILLITERATE BRITISH HORSERACING AUTHORITY REGULATORS (BHA)

THE BRITISH LEGAL JUSTICE SYSTEM IS FAILING THE VAST
MAJORITY OF PEOPLE IN THE UK EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK.

Quartet appeal against corruption penalties

MAURICE SINES and James Crickmore, who were both warned off for 14 years by the BHA last week at the end of an in-depth corruption inquiry, have lodged appeals against the punishments.
Sines, 48, and Crickmore, 31, were banned from British racing along with nine others after being labelled as the masterminds behind a conspiracy to lay horses to lose on betting exchanges during 2009.
Sines and Crickmore received the heftiest bans from the BHA for their role as ringleaders in a case that was described as unprecedented in its scale and complexity by BHA security director Paul Scotney.
Appeals have also been lodged by jockey Kirsty Milczarek, who was banned for two years for two rule breaches, and Nick and Peter Gold after they were banned for seven and five years.

BRITISH LAW OUT OF TUNE WITH THE BLOODHORSE LITERATE

THIS CANNOT GO ON ANY LONGER
A SHOCKING AND CRUEL IGNORANCE

WHAT SORT OF A WORLD ARE WE LEAVING BEHIND
FOR OUR CHILDREN TO GROW UP IN?

BRITISH LAW SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR ANYONE WHO HAS A PROBLEM THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE BY THEMSELVES
