Dear Sir George
CONCERNS WEEK 1. 2012
We see David Cameron out this week visiting hospitals, but where is Nick Clegg?
What has Nick's agenda been this week? Is anyone allowed to know?
What has your own agenda been Sir George over this last week, the very first week of 2012?
Listening to David Cameron out and about this week, brought to us live by BBC
Breakfast News, it seems "IN HOUSE COMPLAIN PROCEDURES" are on the way out .....
Is it possible to dare to hope that such methods of dealing with complaints is to change?
Or what? For the better, I am wondering .... Or for worse?
FOCUS PERSPECTIVE "IN HOUSE COMPLAIN PROCEDURES".
It is noted that ' In House ' Complaint Procedures do not work.
EG: to name only a few here:
All Hospitals use ' In House ' Complaint Procedures
British Legal Justice System use ' In House ' Complaint Procedures
Landlords from hell use ' In House ' Complaint Procedures
Housing Associations use ' In House ' Complaint Procedures
British Horseracing Authority don't allow any complaints of any sort,
either "In House" or "Out of the House" . Financial Ombudsman use ' In House ' Complaint Procedures .
A multitude of 'Ombudsman Services' ..... use ' In House ' Complaint Procedures.
"In House" complaints to suit whom?
This whole country is run it appears by sweeping all complaints under the carpet using "In House" stumbling blocks.
In House Complaint Procedures to suit whom? One is left to gasp, in hospital on ones death bed .....
